    Honestly I see guys here that come up with awesome recipes that blow my mind and thought that some of them would get a laugh out of this. I would still love to see one of the mad scientists on this sight try and come up with something like this. I really do appreciate the knowledge passed on...

    oh yeah I have no ferm. temp control. No lager ability and it has to be a partial boil because I only have a 5 gallon pot, so extract recipe would be awesome!!:rockin:

    I appreciate that the store I use brews in the back on Saturdays and everyone is welcome to come and watch, help out, get some helpful hints and advice. Builds confidence in a NB to watch some one who knows what they are doing.

    How many gallons of Homebrew in 2012?

    10,345 I did 5 gallons of kolsch on St Pat's. Partial mash for the first time in ten years. I am getting the newbie worries again since I got restarted brewing.

    5 gallons of wheat that should be interesting because I put the wrong pack of hops in it. 7112+5=7117
