MUST stops for beer near Sacramento?

All my favorite places have been mentioned already. I'm realizing that there's quite a few HBT'ers in this area.

Has anyone seen this?! (yeast starter saga)

Someone needs to remind this guy that he's making beer, not microchips. I coughed into my wort once and it turned out fine. RDWHAHB

    Craigslist Scammer!

It's called scam baiting. Scam baiters are a spirited breed (I'm one of them) that trick scammers into thinking they have you reeled in, but when actually you're the one who has them reeled. You make them do ridiculous things while giving them false promises that they're getting your money...

Home Brewer TV #28 is Ready...

Good stuff! I dig the freaky video effects too. I noticed that anything green, gets keyed with the background. It freaked me out a little at first, but yeah.... good show! I enjoy these.

Herpedy-Derpedy, I wonder what this yeast starter tastes like...

You should use a blow-off tube next time. I'd suggest an airlock but that could get messy real fast.

    Brewing over 200 gal. limit

Now THAT's a scary thought. Do batches that get dumped count? Unless your LHBS does in fact work for the man, they don't care about limits. They just sell grains, and the more they sell the better. They're like head shops in that regard.

A nice hoppy soak in the tub

    How about some specialty grains?
