Recipe request - IPA with a bit of wheat

Hi folks. Just started biab and love it. First batch was way beyond anything I'd made before. I'm looking for an IPA type beer recipe with a nice wheaty mouthfeel, some subtle caramel and good hop profile. I suppose a kind of cross of a IPA and a weissebeir. I know it's not much to look...

Recipe critique -1st BIAB & 1st AG all at once

It was that easy. It helped having a good bag and an electric hoist. It took 8 hours though but we got 40 litres of beer so it was worth it

An update, So we made the beer today. OG was 1.052 using the bill above. We got 20 liters each so happy days. Should have something in around 5% when it finished. We dunked the grain bag a few times and mixed the grain in between dunks. Great fun and it tastes great. Go BIAB Sent from my...

    My secondary kicked off again

Small change in fg but minimal. Stuck it in the bottles. It looks great. Aroma is class but a strong alcohol taste at first then the bitterness comes thru. Strangely I craved more after the sample was finished. overall verdict is dry hop all the way as it makes sh$t beers smell great

    My secondary kicked off again

Yes. Checked with hydrometer and readings were what I was looking for. Checked again and bubbles are rising from the bottom. Should I bottle?

    My secondary kicked off again

I haven't checked the fg again but the bubbles are coming from the bottom of the carboy . The yeast cake was huge when I moved it from secondary. Does dry hopping do that? It is my first time to dry hop so not sure.

    My secondary kicked off again

I used safale04 to brew an ipa. After 7 days it had reached the estimated FG and had stopped bubbling for 3 days before. I thought, no problem I'll stick it in the secondary and dry hop it. So I put an oz each of centinnal and columbus into the secondary. 2 days later it took of and hasn't...

50 liters equals 13us gals so will I be alright? We're more interested in getting to have a go at all grain than worrying too much about the finer points of the process. What would be the max volume you'd recommend? Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

Hey folks, me and my brew neighbour are planning a BIAB batch next weekend. we need to get 5gals each to make it worthwhile. recipe below based loosely on Sierra Nevada IPA recipe plus a few others additions I want/need to get out if my fridge.
