I tried the suggested by decreasing the pressure and pouring a few beers. This still did not work.
I also changed out the lines today along with one of the nipples off the Sanke Coupler and still the same issue.
For the past several commercial brew beer I have been having major issues with foam. I went through about a dozen kegs before I had this problem. I have replaced everything and it is still happening. Need some ideas on what may be causing it.

What is everyone's thoughts if the water temp got to 178°F for a few seconds when steeping?
I always try to stay around 165°F when steeping but I stepped away to grab a beer for a few mins and it creep up to 178°F on me. I removed the bag right away and continued with my boil.
