my mistake, I re-checked my gravity and it's 1.055. not 1.025

not bad, a little of the orangecomes through with hardly any lingonberry, still definitely on the sweet side. I'd compare the sweetness to like an Arizona tea

11? my readings I was getting 7.36?

tried my hand at a mead and it's OG was 1.111, after 2.5 months it's reading at 1.027. I used about 2.5 lbs of honey and some lingonberry concentrate along with some oranges. As of now it's cleared and the gravity hasn't really moved in a week or two. But I just feel like the FG should be lower...

Well currently it's sitting at 63 f and its in a closet where the temp really doesn't fluctuate too much. Maybe a couple degrees. As far as taking a reading,I don't just stick it into the carboy? Should I get out the siphon and put some into the time?
