Yea beer just finished up kegged it lastnight, healthy fermentation. Did not it my target starting gravity only got 1.055, finished was only about 1.020ish, still made beer but thanks for the info.

No never made them yet, always used dry yeast but wanting something different, I went with this

Getting ready to brew a NEIPA and going to use London Fog yeast from White Labs was wonder if 1 or 2 packs? OG 1.062 according to my recipe.

I have the following in my freezer Zythos 9.2% 3oz Columbus 14.3% 4oz Apollo 16% 4oz Cascade 7.6% 11oz Amarillo 9.0% 4oz Sterling 11.3% 8oz That's the aa and ounces I have if each need the know what combos everyone would use thanks and cheers

Just got this bad boy for Christmas with the recirculation pump, does anyone have a starting profile using Brewersfriend? I put 5.5 gallons in fermenter. Making the jump to electric from BIAB.

I will look into switching, as far as scrubbing, I can only get my arm in only to mid way of forearm. I'm going to try and use a keg brush and Star San first

I dont think it is, the one keg is a soda keg I was cleaning out and the other only has maybe 3 brews ran through it.

That makes sense, since I'm using well water. I'll make sure to dump star San in there and shake it around.
