I would imagine, since the beer is fermenting in the keg, there would be sediment issues when dispensing?
I have always been bottling my beers in 12oz or 20oz. Recently I started talking to brewer regarding carbonating and serving beer from an oak/wooden barrel.
Is this possible? I always figured that yeast would be on the bottom of the barrel after carbonation, and it would be difficult to not...
