I don't understand. How can you still have beer left a year after brewing? I'm lucky to make it 3 months...

It's aging quite nicely; either I'm getting used to it, or the edge is coming off and more of the flavour is coming out. Only bad thing is that I'm down to a single 1L bottle left!

I first made a kit about 20 years ago. The result was horrible. (Not to say that it wasn't drunk, it just wasn't very good) Then about two years ago, I discovered 1 gallon all grain brewing, and now I'm hooked. Small batches, lots of experimentation, and the occasional 30 inch beer geyser...
