Custom barrel that I’ve soured several batches with. Inoculated with an excellent strain of bugs… cultivated from Jolly Pumpkin La Roja. Capacity 15 gallons *I believe*. Might be just short of that. Can use to sour or sanitize it and go in another direction. Comes with chemicals to care for it...

Nope, no more than carbonating a normal keg. If anything you'll use less because it's more systematic/efficient.

Hey glad you enjoyed! Yes in that video there is water in the prechill bucket, but I've since found its easier to recirculate thru the chiller and back into the kettle for several minutes using my normal tap water, and then letting my fridge do the rest before I pitch

I do not believe a double crush is worth messing with on this system... Generally the crush is about the last place you'll find your efficiency problems, and the risk of a stuck mash is not worth it.
