I finally got some time to make a video of my new toy: The Blichmann QuickCarb. The video obviously goes into much more detail, but long story short it's a pretty cool little device. I was able to carbonate a keg in an hour without any shaking or guesswork.
I also found that you can rig the device up to carbonate Sankey kegs as well. Big thanks to my friends at Great Fermentations for getting it down to Florida in a jiff!
So here it is: unboxing, first impressions, and a short review. Hope you guys find it helpful... if you were on the fence about picking one up, I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger.
