    I enjoy brewing my own beer, but I've noticed that when I drink it, I get A strange sensation on my face. It goes red and feels hot. Strange I know, but anyone else get this? If so why?

    Citric acid for lime taste?

    I'm brewing a larger and nearly finished the primary stage. Has anyone ever tried adding citrus acid at some point to gain a sharp Lime taste? If so when? Cheers.

    It's been a week now and my larger is still slowly bubbling away, however, when I give it a sniff, the smell really hits the back of your nose. It's like a stingy sensation.

    It's a pills larger. It's still bubbling away once every 5 mins. It's been at a constant room temp of around 19c.

    I'm just ending primary fermentation and had a quick sniff test. Now the smell was kinda sharp and hits you right at the back of your nostrils. Almost sweet smell but with a sharp kick. I hope this makes sense to some one. Is it ok?
