It's been a week now and my larger is still slowly bubbling away, however, when
I give it a sniff, the smell really hits the back of your nose. It's like a stingy
sensation.
I'm just ending primary fermentation and had a quick sniff test.
Now the smell was kinda sharp and hits you right at the back of your nostrils.
Almost sweet smell but with a sharp kick.
I hope this makes sense to some one.
