When i added the yeast nutrient it was in a tube in powder form and i kind of just tossed it in when it was racking... immediately regretted it. But i added it because i thought the potential alcohol was too high and wanted to speed it through a bit..
Did I ruin my beer by adding yeast nutrient when racking it to the secondary? i thought it would help but...its not looking that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
