    Acerglyn ratio?

Yall must really like maple! Lol I made a acerglyn a while back and it was almost too strong, but that could have been that it fermented almost to 18%..used the following proportion (3 gal batch) 7 lbs honey 5.5 lbs maple syrup 3 cinnamon sticks 71b 1112 yeast Next time I'm going to add...

    Free honey? Uuuuuh; ok.

Stupid politics and lawyers and their "benefactors"..no different than ethical in gasoline. Sure it burns cleaner....unless you take into account the 2.4 gallons (average) of petroleum products it takes to produce one gallon of ethanol, and how it produces less energy than regular old gasoline...

    Braggot advice

Howdy y'all, so I'm looking at trying out a Braggot, and was wondering if any of y'all could recommend a recipe to start with? I've made a melomel, acerglyn, cyser etc. But never made a braggot, or beer yet. So I guess a simpler recipie, preferably a 'hearty' one if that makes sense. Thank you.
