I have few of those stainless steel carbonation cap for bottle filling whit co2 for To go beer and rubber sealer between bottle tread and cap is gone I need new sealer
Any ideas where can I find or size of it to look online

I have 1 made of refrigerator I used to used it for sausage and salami
I built it whit temp control and humidity
Right now only take 1 carboy at the time and the period is about 2 weeks
I will like to do 11 gal then 5.5 anyway I'm wasting time brewing and cleaning etc even if I keep it at...
On the keg set up i have the valve in center heating element on the right and the Temp sensor on the left all of them on the same level and the return port on the upper left
I order 100qt kettle and before I start to make holes on it I want more ideas or more improvements

Yes I got the conversation faster whit recirculation and high efficiency
Not so clear wort but I don't care about this because soon as I cold crash it and get some gelatin in I end with wery clear beer
I'm recirculate because I can keep temp and also I can do steps mash if I want
