My guts telling me it's infected. I had it in the primary for 4 weeks and transferred to this secondary a week ago. Just want a second opinion before I scrap it
Must was in the high 80's during the OG reading. Is it possible that the warmth could have thrown it off? I am new at this and that was my first shot at a beer.
