    Thank you Gilbert. Im dry hopping with the "sous vide" magnet method and I will not be exposing to add the dry hop.

    Good morning Brewmeisters! I have a question related to my second batch of my Itai Pilsner. When is the best time for a dry hop? Should I drop in during the last few points of my primary fermentation OR should I wait until I complete DR and into my cold crash? Trying to avoid the "creep"...

    Secondary Fermenting color darkening

    Trying a Blind Pig recipe and everything brewed perfectly and came in a little higher on the expected OG. 2nd day in the secondary and Im noticing a darker color starting on the top 1-2 inches of the glass carboy. Is this cool and the yeast is continuing to drop or should I be worried about...
