I have contacted the company and if they agree to the return, then I will do so. If not, then I will have to save the kit until I can make it, or find someone local who can use it.
I appreciate everyones help!! As I said to a member in a private message, It is great to see more experienced...

I got an all grain Hefe kit from Midwest Supplies - Homebrewing and Winemaking
Apparently this is way above my current level. I am seeing terms that I have never encountered before and "The Home Brewers Bible" is only a little helpful.

QUESTION!
I like this and it should save me alot of time and effort. However, when using a secondary for my wheat that i want to add oranges to, do I use whole or half oranges, or jest the peels?
Any recomendations?
Frogman,
Did you ferment in a secondary? If so, how long?
A site that I will be getting my kit from, a guy said he fermented in a secondary for 2 months, and it turned out amazing. Thoughts?
Bassballboy,
How are you fermemnting at that temp? i thought fermenting was supposed to be dont at between 72-80 unless is a Lager, then lits like 55.. Im still kinda new though, so I am literally learning 60 new things a day

What do you think?
P.S. I thought that Hefe's and Wit's were the same thing basically. Is there a...
I am excited to start this next brew folks! I live Blue Moon and Widmer, so i decided my next batch will be a wheat beer. I have a few questions and if anyone would like to give me some insight, that would be greatly appreciated.

CHEERS
Oh ok. That makes sense. I have already transfered it to the secondary. It should sit there for about 120 days. I wasnt planning on transfering it again, should I?
Also, does anyone know what the Camden tablets are, and what they do?
