I'd like to experiment with some strawberries, cascade, and honey. An ale of some sort. I have a month or so to work out the details. Any info you can give on using these in a GF brew?

Glad it turned out well. I heard the same about the boiling. I boiled some raz but I wonder if that takes the fresh taste out of the berries or produces off flavors. Guess I'll find out!
Soooooooo...I guess since the bottles are stored between 65 and 70. I guess it's safe to say that after 9 days I should be in the clear.

It had two weeks in the primary 60-65 F. Racked it to the secondary and let it sit for another two weeks same temp. Primed and bottled. Now it's carbonation is just right and it's only been...
