    Racked to Secondary a bit High

    It's a 5 gallon recipe calling for- 4 lbs of Pale LME 4 lbs of Light DME The DME was unavailable so I'm going to use all LME. What would happen if I used 6 lbs of pale LME with 3 lbs of wheat LME?
