Bottled my second batch yesterday. Numbers are where they are suppose to be. Its an American IPA. Third batch has two more days in primary fermentation.
Does weather play a part in fermentation? I am working on my second batch and it seems a little slow to me fermenting. It is though. We are having cooler temps where I live. The first batch did its thing with no problem and came out good.
