    Dry hopping wont hurt but in my opinion it could potentialy reduce the life of the beer. Amarillo cent and simcoe are delicious tho! The choice is yours!

    Plate-Chiller Revival: Remove severe mineral deposits

    Hook up your march/chigger or even cheap sumbergibale aquarium pump and run some blc or 5 star beer stone remover through there in a continuous loop for a while. Rinse repeat and maybe you will have a usable chiller.

    Duda diesel questions

    I recently inherited a Dudadesil ( DUDAHX-B3-23A-20ST ) how well do these work ? I will be implementing it onto a 15 gallon system. In up in MA so ground water for the counter flow will generally be on the cooler side ? Is it to small, will I have to recurculate back into the kettle ?
