Hi everyone, one of my friend just asked me a weird question and I don't know what to answer. How can I determine the phosphorus level on my beer without going to a laboratory. Can I get an estimate based on the ingredients?

So I went out of town for 4 days after after the brew day and when I return home I found out that the rubber stopper and airlock popped out of my fermenter. I checked the beer and it seems they're ok, just krausen on top. Maybe lesser aroma, I'm thinking of dry hopping for 7 days in the next 2...
I found this old but working window ac in our storage room. So I'm thinking of occupying some space in our garage and build a fermentation chamber (around 3x3meters) using this unit. Now my question is, can I put a STC-1000 temp controller on this unit? It has 2.5 horsepower though. Thanks.
