    My last batch was a double. I made a 10 gallon Extra Special Bitter using BIAB then made a BIAB 5 gallon low alcohol beer (OG was 1.012) using the Clawhammer method with the same grain. The LA bitter is pretty tasty for only about 1% ABV.

    We just returned from camping at the beautiful Unicoi park near Helen, GA and visiting local wineries and breweries. Creekstone was a standout winery with excellent staff and a great view.

    I also had difficulty lining up the original collection container to get a proper seal so I ended up buying the new style 600ml container for $20 from MB and it is much easier to use.

    Sorry for being obtuse. Gordon Strong has won 3 Ninkasi awards which is given to the person who scores the most points at the National Homebrew Competition and is the only person to win 3. He's the highest ranking judge in the BJCP and has authored a couple homebrewing books and many articles...
