So I just bottled my new batch of red ale. Thing is...I bottled when the beer was cold (around 40f ) my question is, will my beer still carbonate once the beer gets back to room temp?

I'm still kind of new to this but can cream ale be cloudy or did I do something wrong? I still have it in my secondary...
