They've been in my basement which is about 65 year round and in the furnace room that never sees any daylight. So I don't think the temp or anythings an issue.
I put two batches, one in a glass Carboy and one in a bucket to ferment last September and never got around to kegging them and at some point last winter my beer fridge died, and now I still have these two batches sitting in my basement. Who thinks I should dump and who says I should keg them...
I'm not sure exactly what kind of kegging setup this is, myself I'm not interested but thought someone on here might be. It's on an online auction in the Duluth Minnesota area. I don't have time to go down and check it out but for anyone interested here's a link...
I either had a leaky corny or bad line connections and my first co2 bottle emptied in a couple days. I changed all the seals on my kegs, and went with a screwdriver and cranked down my hose clamps with all my might and my next bottle has been there for over 3 months and is still reading as...

I'm pretty new at it still with just 4 extract batches under my belt. One thing I can say is I'm glad I spent the money for a kegging system before I started. It makes it all real simple and the beer tastes great.
It is a masterbuilt turkey fryer kit I got at my farm and fleet store a while back that I bought actually for doing turkeys. It seems to have the same type of burner that any other turkey fryer I ever seen had so Im not sure the deal there. I did buy a 7.5 gal stainless pot just for beer...
I just got done cleaning up after my first brew.. I think everything went pretty well with a couple small hiccups put nothing I feel was big. Really the biggest problem I ran in to was that I think my turkey fryer burner was not powerful enough. I think I'm going to look in to a banjo burner or...
