    2011 Hop Garden Picture Thread

    Just got my rhizome's in about a week and a half ago. The Cascade's took the early lead but the Willamette and Fuggle's are sprouting now too. They're getting bigger everyday... hopefully I'll end up with enough cones to make a Brooklyn Pennant Ale clone.

    HELP!! Airlock blew off and lost a gallon of liquid

    Thanks for the suggestions and answering my question! I talked to a guy here at work and consensus is to not dilute the 4 gallons of wort left in the carboy. Pretty certain I lost a gallon as I measured out 1 gallon increments on the side of the carboy... and I mis-typed earlier it's a 6.5...
