I second the motion on the zombie dust. Mine is fully developed in the keg. Drinking it side by side with some fresh ZD. I might be partial but I think I like mine better.

I know it looks like a krausen. Weird part is it had 2 weeks in the primary and the krausen was down for about a week. Also, I harvested the yeast on Sunday. Been in the fridge since
I've harvested yeast several times now and haven't run into this yet. It looks like a layer of yeast on top, then beer, then a real think layer of yeast, then trub. The other mason jar I collected from the fermenter had a full layer on top. The yeast is 1332. What do you guys think?
