    Ok I'll leave it for now, I had one in a small bottle as it didn't all fit in my 2 carboys so I shook that one a lot, I guess it has the same effect as shaking coke?     Y Elderberry has finished and is bottled, I had a little taste, it has a titre taste to it as an after taste. Is this something that will mellow after time? As it has only been finished about a month. Or does it need back sweetening? If so how do I do that?
