Brewing for the first time with MYPIN PIDs. This is strictly for temp read outs. I am getting numbers jumping from low 100s into the 400s. I have no idea why. Is there a temperature setting that needs adjusted? What settings should I validate? Need answers ASAP!!! Thank you.
