Yeast to finish a stalled beer?

I have a Triple that I have been Fermenting under pressure, apparently that was a bad idea wpl3787 doesn't like pressure and is inclined to stall. I could add a yeast to finish it, it's too sweet, what would work well under pressure and tolerate 8-9%ABV? Would Lutra do the job? Thanks All.

1 Galon brewers, small batch brewers?

I know there is a huge thread some were on the board but to my amazement search failed! If your willing to share I'd like to ask what equipment small batch brewers are using. General decrepitude is pushing me towards smaller batches but smaller batch size doesn't equate to an equal reduction...

    Parti-gyle and Brewfather?

Is there any reasonable way to get Brewfather to support Parti-gyle brewing? I'll be brewing with a GrainFather G30. I have brewd a few PG batches but it's always a bit random I can't calculate the salts or the various SG readings. Thanks All

    Brewfather acid choice + Precipitation?

I have recently started to use Brewfather and have run into a problem. In the past I have always either used CRS or AMS (same mix) to adjust pH but although Brewfather will let me add CRS as an ingredient it won't let me use it to adjust the pH. The choices of acids offered are Lactic and...

    Which Software to pay for?

Brewfather is looking good but even through I have enabled CRS in inventory its choosing lactic or phosphoric every time. How do I get it to use CRS?

    Which Software to pay for?

Evening All. I have notebooks recording my brews scattered about the house and as you can imagine I usually can't find the one I want. The two best options seem to be BeerSmith and Brewersfriend. Of them BrewersFriend seems better to me as I like the Water Calculator and usualy use CRS/AMS...

    Alkalinity/pH and salts again!

I usualy just use Brewersfriend advanced water calculator. But if enough noise about RA comes along it gets confusing.

    Alkalinity/pH and salts again!

That is exactly what I thought and what I aim to do. Every so often Alkalinity especialy RA gets thrown about and sadly confuses me. Thanks.

    Alkalinity/pH and salts again!

This is doing my head in! Please check my water adjustment procedure with respect to Alkalinity/Residual Alkalinity. 1. Get a profile for my water, it's usualy about 110 ppm as CaCo3 Alkalinity, also listed are Ca, Mg, CL, So4, Na and others. 2. Decide on the water profile I want to use eg...

    Its the hops!

I'm interested in building an automated system that will give me 12-15 litres into the FV. My bigest issue is the addition of hops, if I have to do it manually then there isn't enough reason to automate beyond a base level of PID temperature control. I have thought up a number of ways to add...

    Lutra, Lager and Finings

Well it's still young and it's similar to lager but it's obviously not what I would consider a normal lager. It's drinkable but unless it improves markedly I won't use Lutra for lager again. Atb.
