18th Street Bitches' Bank is listed as 9.5% on Beer Advocate, but the brewery now lists it at 12%. It's one of my all time favorites, but my wife and I each bought our limit (3 x 750ml). I thought I'd diversify. Hit me up if you're interested.

I've missed a lot. I'm from Elkhart. If you see a bright yellow 74 super beetle at Iechy Da, 18th Street, Burn Em, etc....that's probably me.

I may just add nutrients because it's a one gallon batch and back sweetening is fairly easy. Might as well booze it up.

How does it taste if you ferment it dry? Still good?

I made this earlier this week. It smells amazing. I am surprised that the krausen only lasted 24 hours. The airlock is still going strong though.
