This is Alien Amber Ale from Roswell Colorado in July 2011.

Not Too Shabby

What's left of my Kolsch. I named it All Hallows Eve Ale just because it will be almost gone on Halloween.

I sampled and it tasted good when I put into secondary.

My first dry hop. An IPA, I substituted some of the light extract with dark extract. The recipe called for 7lbs light but I used 4lbs light/3 lbs dark and I replaced the two row in the steeping bag with choc/dark malt. If it turns out good I'll put the ex

Another Picture of my Kolsch, or the Pilsner recipe with German/Kolsch ale yeast. I was trying to get some light through it. It tastes great! Caramelly, hoppy, and beery!
Lots of body and very thirst quenching.

My Kolsch, it was on special at DelFalco's (partial) and it has great flavor. It won't last long!

I might add that is was 108 F on the patio and zero humidty. You have to drink the beer fast. Not sure what those bubbles were.
