Another Picture of my Kolsch, or the Pilsner recipe with German/Kolsch ale yeast. I was trying to get some light through it. It tastes great! Caramelly, hoppy, and beery! Lots of body and very thirst quenching.
What's left of my Kolsch. I named it All Hallows Eve Ale just because it will be almost gone on Halloween.
I sampled and it tasted good when I put into secondary.
My first dry hop. An IPA, I substituted some of the light extract with dark extract. The recipe called for 7lbs light but I used 4lbs light/3 lbs dark and I replaced the two row in the steeping bag with choc/dark malt. If it turns out good I'll put the ex
