Friends' rave reviews include "It's better than Keystone, I guess.", "eh, I'll drink it.", and "it's beer."

I like the Carling glass! Black label was good beer a few decades ago...:mug: I'll post pics of my dampfbier v2 on the Thanksgiving weekend. Need a better pic background than my crappy looking comp hutch.

This is my 3rd batch of homebrew. Leaps and bound better than the first two, not only in appearance, but taste. The wort chiller makes all the difference!

Northwest IPA recipe:
8 lbs pale LME
1 lb northwest pale ale malt
1 lb vienna malt
0.5 lb Carastan malt
1.25 oz Columbus (60 min)
0.5 oz Northern Brewer (20 min)
1.0 oz Amarillo (10 min)
1.0 oz Cascade (5 min)
1.0 oz Columbus (dry hop)
WLP 060 American Ale Blend Yeast

Did you brew this as an extract and steep the malt or did you mash with extract? How long grain to glass?

Get ready, I'm about to unholster my arsenal.

After bottling a honey pale ale. I like to have an uncarbonated glass at the end of bottling and drink it. Is that weird?

Samples of an Irish Stout to the left and a Maple Bacon Porter to the right.

Had three beers going at once, not bad for a Condo brewer. Left is a different honey pale ale, the center is an apricot Hefeweizen, and the right is an amber ale that would go on to win 1st place people's choice and 3rd place judges choice at a local beer competition.

Getting some feedback from some guests at the competition on my Amber ale.
