Here is a peak inside my fermenter during rapid fermentation which starts within 24 hours after pinching.

Thanks, it is pretty good. I smashed up 2 watermelons and topped it off with white grape juice. One watermelon would have been enough.

The video was taken last month. Here is a pic of what it looks like today although it is almost all gone except for 1 gallon.

Any taste profile you could describe. This looks pretty yummy! What yeast did you use?
 
I couldn't describe an actual profile but I can say that the watermelon flavor was a little too strong. Not bad though. It is more like a stout mix drink over a quality table wine. I leave it about as sweet as what it was to begin with somewhere around 1.020 or so.

I have been using this yeast in every batch for about a year now and love it.
