I have been fermenting in a 13.5 gal Vittle Vault for a couple of months now and decided to upgrade it so I can transfer to keg with CO2.

I had some spare camlock fittings and pipe fittings so I took a dust cap for camlock and had a buddy weld in the thermowell. After fermentation I take out the thermowell and put in a barbed camlock that will be connected to the CO2.

The Dip tube is 1/2" SS from mcmaster-carr. I will use barbed camlock with hose to transfer to keg.

I got the bulkhead fittings from US plastics.

What bulkhead did you use from them? link?
to HHP:

I used two different ones as I wanted to see if there was difference. There is a gray and black one in the picture. The black one the hex diameter was bigger and I had to shave down part of the hex to get it to fit in between the ribs of the lid.

After I got them I found them on Mcmaster-Carr. There is a slight price difference. Here is the general page for tank bulkhead fittings on Mcmaster-Carr: http://www.mcmaster.com/#pipe-bulkhead-tank-fittings/=cn7v04

I made first CO2 transfer last night and it worked well. I though I had the right size stopper with no hole in it to seal while the CO2 transfer was going on but I couldn't seem to find it. So I just took the airlock out of the stopper and put my thumb over the hole in the stopper. I also need to cut dip tube a little shorter so I don't pickup as much yest/trub but Intentionally made it long so I could fine tune the length. Overall I am very happy. No more trying to start siphon and with 1/2" diptube the transfer goes pretty quick
