Finally got my RIMS setup complete. I used most parts from ebrewsupply.com and the RIMS tube is from brewhardware.com. I mounted the pump to a cut piece of 2x4, along with a din rail and 2 contactors. The fan is an old PC fan that I re-purposed. The heating element is from Lowes. Once the auto tune finished it seemed to keep the temp with .1 degrees of the target temp. Can't wait to fire this up for real (and hopefully NOT get a stuck mash)!

That's awesome. I like it. I want to build something exactly like that. Is there a website you got the schematics from? Parts also? I'd really love to build it!

That's really cool, how much did it run you all together? Also, are there instructions out there? I am a noob when it comes to this type of stuff

I kind of winged it. First I was following the ebrewsupply.com RIMS kit schematic, but didn't like the fact that the element could get power with the pump off so I have the element contactor active only when the pump contactor is active.

I did not add an emergency off, power off/on, nor an alarm off/on switch. I will be adding this once I move to a dedicated panel. I figured I am still brewing in my garage with propane so until I change around my brew stand I want portability.

Oh, I got the PT100 from Auber instruments, also.

If you like I can provide a pseudo schematic / parts breakdown.

Oh nah that's ok, I appreciate it though. You'd really just be wasting your time, I know less than nothing about electrical wiring.
