Was at PF Changs tonight is Chesterfield MO and had a coco latte stout from a local brewery. One thing I felt it was missing was the mt of head on it. That got me wondering if my stout will have enough head on it. What do u do to increase the head and insure its retention?

For a stout, I'd use some flaked barley. Carapils will also increase head retention and add body to the beer

I find that diamonds and expensive gifts help... outside of that I like torrified wheat and flaked barley
