Diacetyl causes cancer?

Is this is same diacetyl that can be present in home brewed beer?

I meant to say causes Alzheimers (d'oh!).

Yes it's the same, but I would say that they levels are far beyond what is in our beer. Our beer would be undrinkable if it had that much
