I'm going to attempt a clone of B Nektar's Dwarf Invasion and it calls for a two stage fermentation, one of which is the Wyeast 3278 lambic blend.
I've tried doing some research but haven't found anything definitive in regards to whether using that blend will pretty much make any equipment it touches 'for sour use only' in the future.
Do I have anything to worry about if I use this blend and then sanitize the heck out of everything once I'm finished?
