I'm looking to get my first smoker and I've been going back and forth on all options of cabinet smokers, charcoal, gas, electric and while they're cheap they seem to require too many modifications to work properly. So then I started looking at the Weber Smokey Mountains and while more expensive they have awesome reviews. The question is, is the 22.5" worth $100 more? I'll maybe be using it once a month to do some ribs, chicken or butt. Would I be able to get by with an 18.5" Oh and if anybody has recommendations on another option I'd be open to hear them (not wanting an UDS just to throw that out there)
