Like the title says. Here is what I brewed up:

Ingredients:
------------
Amt Name
6 lbs 8.0 oz Golden Promise (Simpsons) (2.0 SRM)
2 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM)
1 lbs 12.0 oz Victory Malt (25.0 SRM)
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Brown Malt (65.0 SRM)
4.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM)

0.50 oz Nugget [13.3 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Centennial [9.7 %] - Boil 10.0 min
1.00 oz Centennial [9.7 %] - Boil 5.0 min
0.50 oz Nugget [13.3%] - Boil 5.0 min
2.00 oz Willamette [4.9 %] - Boil 1.0 min

1.0 pkg SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04) Yeast

Mashed @ 152

OG: 1.052
FG: 1.052 (est)
43.4 IBU's (per Beersmith)

Havent mesured FG yet, been sitting in the primary for 18 days as of right now.

I am thinking of dry hopping this, but have to wait for one of my kegs to get finished so I will not even put dry hops in until day 28 or so.

If you were to dry hop this, what would you use?

Thanks,

Joe

I hope the FG is lower than the OG. If I were you, i'd taste the beer and then decide if you should dry hop it.

What would you dry hop this with?

There are far more experienced people than me that would be able to suggest a good dry hop for a recipe. I use either what the recipe calls for, or what HBT members suggest. If I'm really stuck I will use whatever I added at the end of the boil but I know there are much better flavor combinations from mixing different varieties.
