What can I brew?

Guys, I'm looking for advice. I have some some centennial, cascade, chinook, columbus and kent goldings hops. Also 2-row, crystal 10 and 60, munich and melanoidin malts. A couple on S-04 and US-05.

Any advice on what to brew with them? I'd only brewed 3 AG batches so far, son not too much experience here.

Pale ale with 2row, c 10 and munich.. maybe a little c 60. Bitter with Chinook or Columbus and get aroma / flavor from any of the other hops. I don't know nuttin' about melanoidin.
