Doing an imperial stout with tons of vanilla (75% / 25% mix of Madagascar and Tahitian) in which 5 gallons will go into a whiskey barrel. That will be the end of that variant.

Taking the remaining 7 gallons and going to do a banana cream pie variant. It'll have the vanilla (1 bean per gallon), I'm going to do bananas, but i'm on the fence if I should be adding another ingredient..? When I think of banana cream pie, it's pretty basic - cream (vanilla), bananans, and the crust. Would you add anything else?

Grain bill is the following...
