Trading Heady Topper for Pliny the Elder

I am planing to trade some of my Heady Topper for Pliny the Elder. I pay $75 for a case + tax (24 16oz cans). It is my understanding that Pliny is sold in a case consisting of 12 16oz bottles? What does a case of Pliny retail for? What is an even trade of heady for pliny?

I think it was $64.40 at the Russian River brew pub. My friend to the case home to Louisiana.
