After 6 days of fermentation with Lutra yeast, the krausen on this Maibock has a strange appearance. Any thoughts?

Krausen looks differently depending on the yeast strain and wort composition, among other things. Yours looks to be perfectly healthy. Lots of CO2 bubbles with yeast on top.

Looks like a bunch of yeast took a ride to the top. I wouldn't be worried.

The little bubbles are unusual, but it's just the yeast/wort not forming big bubbles for whatever reason. (Do you use a foam control agent?)

Thanks to all for your input. I don’t think the kveik yeast liked being at the bottom end of the temp range. I cranked up the heat and fermentation picked up speed. Looks like it’s now about finished. We’ll see.
