Recommendation: recirc without the manifold for a little while to ensure no bits of grain will clog things up - then add the manifold. As the saying goes, "Ask how I know."

Thanks sir. I have been playing around with different recirc options. I have the vorlauf attachment so I will use that for the first 10-15 minutes.

Currently I’m just using a piece of hose with a weight on it but I’m getting some channeling so I’m hoping this helps.
