For Sale SS Brewtech Unitank 7 Gal ,Grainfather, and more VA/DC/MD

After nearly 20 years of home brewing, I'm moving along. Trying to get rid of everything I have.
Here's the list

• SS Brewtech 7 Gal Unitank with FTSS2 Chilling and Heating and casters. The water pump for the chiller is new. $850
• Grainfather Connect 110V for 5 gal batches. I have a bucket heater I included with this. $550
• 15-in False Bottom for Mash Tun from Nocal Brewing. With hinge, handle, and hop blocker. $75
• Ball valve and weldless fittings. $15
• 3-piece valve and weldless fittings. $20

I can try to ship the Grainfather and Unitank, I have the original boxes. But my preference is to do those locally (VA/DC/MD).
