I'm hoping to get some guidance from anybody with experience with this kind of recipe. My goals with this beer are:

1) very chocolatey from malt alone (no actual chocolate additions)
2) little to no roast or coffee flavors
3) graham cracker flavor from malt alone (again, no actual graham crackers... trying to get this through biscuit and honey malt)
4) toasted/caramelized marshmallow & vanilla flavors without adding actual marshmallows (trying to get this from the meadowfoam honey and crystal malts. MAYBE a vanilla bean or two if it doesn't come through)

So here is what I have so far:

More specifically, I'm looking for input on the Chocolate malts and Black/Roast malts.

Will this much Roasted Barley still impart a LOT of roastiness even though it's relatively low for the style?
Can I get away with cutting that out and using more De-bittered black malt just for color or will that cause astringency?
